Refund and Returns Policy

At Packaging Lane, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Since all orders are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a clear error on our part.

Eligibility for Refund or Reprint:

We will offer a reprint or partial refund only if:

The product received is significantly different from the approved design proof.

There is a manufacturing or printing defect (e.g. wrong size, colours, or damaged items).

You report the issue within 5 working days of delivery.

You provide clear photos and details of the problem for our review.

Not Covered:

Slight colour variations due to different screen settings or printing tolerances.

Errors in artwork or spelling that were approved in the final proof.

Damage caused during handling after delivery.

Once our team reviews the issue, we will confirm whether you qualify for a reprint or refund. All decisions will be made fairly and reasonably.
